Regular maintenance and upkeep of small belt filter presses in daily use can not only ensure the normal use of the equipment, but also ensure the safety of operators. Therefore, the following maintenance and repair measures should be taken during use:
1. When repairing small belt filter press equipment, pay attention to turning off the main power switch of the equipment to avoid personal injury.
2. Hydraulic oil should be replaced regularly according to the requirements in the user maintenance manual, and hydraulic valves and pumps should be cleaned in a timely manner, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the hydraulic station.
3. During the trial operation, the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic station should be filled up according to the requirements in the maintenance manual. Otherwise, the oil cylinder of the filter press may not be fully filled, affecting the normal operation of the hydraulic station and causing damage to the hydraulic pump.
4. Personnel who have not received equipment and system maintenance training are not allowed to open the electrical control box for wiring without authorization, otherwise wiring errors may cause misoperation.
5. The feed pressure should not exceed the normal filtration pressure of the equipment, otherwise it may cause damage to the filter plate.
